The opportunity
Delaware North Travel is searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at our Starbucks licensed locations at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all outlets. You will help oversee daily operations, support inventory management, assist with training, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant is requiredStrong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operationAbility to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certificationsNo college degree requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
