GBS Standardization Workstream Lead - O2C
This position is focused on driving process standardization and optimization within a specific sub-function or workstream. It involves end-to-end process analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Market, IT, and Service Delivery), and leading the design and implementation of gold standard processes, systems, and controls to improve operational efficiency and performance
As the GBS Standardization Workstream Lead in the area of O2C, you will
Lead the design and analysis of business processes by evaluating current workflows, co-developing future-state standards across systems and metrics, collaborating with IT on system requirements, and conducting fit-gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Delivery teams to create and maintain standardized process documentation—including SOPs, flowcharts, and approved deviations—ensuring alignment, stakeholder approval, and accurate reflection in the Service Catalogue Collaborate with Delivery and Functional Training teams to develop and deliver effective training materials and sessions, contribute to training roadmaps, and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems Support testing activities by developing test scripts, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reporting risks and issues, and assisting with data migration and issue resolution as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree More than 4 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related finance roles with project involvement (management) Strong knowledge of relevant functional processes, systems, and applications Fluent in English (written and spoken) Good communication, organization, and time management skills
