About the Role
In this opportunity as a Stakeholder Experience Lead, you will:
Stakeholder Experience Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder experience strategy for D&A, create and maintain journey maps for different stakeholder personas, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in stakeholder interactions, and design and implement experience measurement frameworks.Digital Asset Management: Own and optimize D&A's digital presence (intranet, collaboration sites, knowledge base), develop the content strategy and governance for digital platforms, ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints, implement analytics to track engagement and effectiveness of digital assets, and lead the development of self-service capabilities.User Experience (UX) Leadership: Oversee UX design for D&A tools and interfaces, establish UX standards and guidelines and collaborate with technical teams to implement UX improvements.Relationship Management: Participate in stakeholder relationship management, create engagement models for different stakeholder segments, foster strategic partnerships across business units, and lead stakeholder education and adoption initiatives. Gather regular feedback on team performance and stakeholder satisfaction.Change Management & Communications: Lead change management initiatives for new experiences and services, develop and execute communication plans, create training and enablement materials, and monitor and measure adoption of new experiences.About You
You’re a fit for the role of Stakeholder Experience Lead if your background includes:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer experience, customer journey mapping, service design, or related field.Hands-on experience working with UX design tools, knowledge of web content management systems and collaboration platforms, and experience with survey and feedback tools.Strong understanding of data and analytics and related technologies preferred.Technical Skills: Knowledge of web content management platforms, measurement and tracking tools, and collaboration platforms.Exceptional Communication: Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive & Consultative Approach: Demonstrate initiative and a natural curiosity to understand business challenges, proactively seeking opportunities to leverage data for strategic advantage.Relationship Building & Influence: Excel at building rapport, fostering trust, and influencing stakeholders at various levels to champion data-driven decision making.Bachelor's degree in business, Design, User Experience, Communications, or related field.Relevant certifications in user / customer experience are a plus.#LI-AZ5
