Staging Coordinator Job Details | Bilfinger

Staging Coordinator The Staging Coordinator is responsible for organizing, preparing, and managing materials, tools, and equipment staging to support production or project execution. This role ensures that all neccessary components are prepped and delivered to the correct location in a timely, organized, and safe manner, supporting efficient operations and project timelines. Responsibilities: + Coordinate the staging of materials, tools, and equipment for assigned crew + Iterpret work packages, drawing, and schedules to determine staging requirements + Organize and label stages items to ensure clear identification and traceability + Communciate with procurement, warehouse, and neccessary departments to verify availability and delivery of materials + Ensure stage materials meet quality, quanity, and specification standards before release to the work area + Maintain staging area organization, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with site protocols + Track and document staged materials using logs, spreadsheets, or material tracking software + Assis in the prioritization and sequencing of staged materials based on project deadlines or production schedules + Report material shortages, damage, or discrepancies to appropriate personnel + Ensure all materials are staged in accordance with site safety and ergonomic standards Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED (required) Associate degree or trade certification (preferred) + 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in an industrial or construction setting + Strong understanding of material handling practices and staging best practices + Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, and job schedules + Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills + Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment (required or ability to obtain) + Strong organizational and time management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Please reach out to Shondra Elizabeth White (shondra.white@bilfinger.com) in case of any questions related to this position.
