Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Le sujet portera sur la simulation du procédé de traitement thermique et en particulier sur la prédiction du dimensionnel de pièce après traitement thermique (distortion). 

Pour cela il faudra tester une nouvelle fonctionnalité logicielle : le couplage entre les logiciels FORGE NxT (de chez Transvalor) et qobeo (de chez SCC).

FORGE permet de calculer la thermique, la métallurgie et la mécanique (dimensionnel). Qobeo permet de prendre en compte l’échange de chaleur local entre la pièce et l’huile ou l’eau de trempe.

Cela permet au global une meilleure prédiction de la métallurgie (dureté) et du dimensionnel local sur pièce et également de prendre en compte la variabilité du procédé. 

Il faudra donc :

Prendre en main les deux logicielsRécupérer des informations sur dimensionnel de pièce avant et après traitement thermique auprès du service méthodesMettre en place les simulations correspondantesS’assurer de la pertinence des résultats de simulation. Mettre au point les divers paramètres numériques (exemple : maillage, pas de temps) et physiques (matériau, process)Evaluer la valeur ajoutée de cette nouvelle fonctionnalité par rapport à la méthode actuelleRédiger une méthodologie et capitaliser les résultatsYour profile and competencies to succeed
