L’équipe de Gouvernance Commerciale est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour la session d’automne 2025. Ce stage offre une expérience pratique en optimisation des processus, amélioration des systèmes et documentation.

Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) contribuera à des initiatives opérationnelles clés qui génèrent des améliorations significatives à travers l’entreprise, tout en bénéficiant d’une collaboration interfonctionnelle et d’un accompagnement personnalisé.

Responsabilités principales

Revue et nettoyage du codage client

Identifier et résoudre les variations de codage client entre les différentes bannièresAuditer et standardiser les données pour assurer leur exactitude et leur cohérenceDévelopper et documenter un processus durable pour la maintenance continue

Documentation et rapports

Maintenir une documentation structurée des constats et des améliorations de processusSoutenir les efforts de production de rapports à l’aide des outils Microsoft 365

Collaboration et accompagnement

Participer à des séances de coaching régulières avec le ou la gestionnairePrendre part à des rencontres planifiées avec des partenaires internes pour développer une compréhension interfonctionnelleQualificationsBilinguisme anglais/français – Requis pour une communication efficace et une documentation bilingueGestion du temps – Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les échéances de manière autonomeGrande organisation – Compétence dans la gestion de documentation structurée et des tâches multiplesMaîtrise de Microsoft 365 – En particulier Excel, Word et PowerPoint pour l’analyse de données et la production de rapports

The Commercial Governance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship offers hands-on experience in process optimization, system enhancement, and documentation.

The successful candidate will contribute to key operational initiatives that drive meaningful improvements across our business, while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coding Review & Cleanup

Identify and resolve variations in customer coding across all bannersAudit and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistencyDevelop and document a sustainable process for ongoing maintenance

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain structured documentation of findings and process improvementsSupport reporting efforts using Microsoft 365 tools

Collaboration & Coaching

Participate in regular coaching sessions with people leaderEngage in scheduled meet-and-greets with internal partners to build cross-functional awareness

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French – Required for effective communication and bilingual documentationStrong Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyHighly Organized – Skilled in maintaining structured documentation and managing tasks efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft 365 – Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

$16.56 - $26.41
