Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **Environnement du stage** + Le Copacking est un processus de conditionnement secondaire et/ou tertiaire qui intervient sur des produits finis ou semi-finis, et réalisé par des prestataires externes spécialisés (Ex : lots promotionnels, présentoirs magasins,….). + Le chef de projet Copacking travaille au sein du département Supply Chain (CS&L), et a pour mission de mener à bien le développement et la mise à disposition en temps et en heure des solutions copacking répondant aux besoins marketing et commerciaux. **Au sein du département CS&L, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes…** + Etre le point de contact clé pour les équipes Commerciales et Marketing pour l’ensemble des projets copacking pour le marché français et assurer une bonne communication entre les différents intervenants tout au long du projet + Depuis le brief projet par les Ventes ou le Marketing jusqu’à la première production chez le copacker, impliquer et coordonner les différents intervenants copacking : les interlocuteurs externes (Copacker, Fournisseur de packaging) comme les interlocuteurs internes Mondelez (Chefs de projet Supply Chain, Les Achats, les Opérations Logistiques, les équipes de planification de production,…) + Coordonner le développement des offres en s’appuyant sur l’expertise packaging des fournisseurs de packaging et des copackers, s’assurer de la validation des développements réalisés par des tests adaptés et mettre à disposition tous les éléments techniques permettant les productions + Proposer des solutions dans le respect des objectifs de coûts, des enjeux business et des contraintes techniques et logistiques + Identifier et implémenter des opportunités d’amélioration continue et de productivité (packaging, process) sur le périmètre Copacking pour réduire nos coûts et simplifier nos façons de travailler **Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...** + Vous êtes de formation bac+5 (de type écoles d’ingénieurs ou équivalent) idéalement avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain + Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et avez des compétences en gestion de projet + Vous êtes attirés par les métiers de la Supply Chain + Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication + Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais **Ce que nous avons à vous offrir…** Nos offres "Early Careers" offrent toute une variété d’expériences chalengeantes et développantes.
