Tu auras pour missions principales de : - Gérer les tâches administratives liées aux prestataires (intégration, facturation etc.) - Animer la communication interne sur un périmètre monde - Gérer les plannings et reporting dans le cadre du projet de transformation organisationnel - Repenser notre gestion documentaire. De formation dans l'assistanat de Direction ou de Manager, tu recherches un stage de 4 à 6 mois. De nature organisée, tu sais prioriser les sujets.
