Job Description Faststream Recruitment is working in partnership with a globally recognised cruise brand to source experienced Stage and Production Managers for their onboard entertainment teams.
This is a rare opportunity to lead high-calibre production shows at sea, incorporating world-class performers, multimedia technology, and immersive stage effects in custom-built entertainment venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical and logistical aspects of all stage productions onboard Manage a team of stage crew, technicians, and show support staff Coordinate show schedules, rehearsals, and maintenance of show equipment Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures across all production activities Serve as the primary point of contact between entertainment, technical, and cruise management teams Support load-in/load-out operations and maintain production timelines Requirements:
Bachelors, Associates, or Fine Arts degree in either Theater, Stage Management or Technical Arenas preferred. Proven experience as a Stage or Production Manager in theatre, events, or cruise entertainment Strong understanding of show calling, cueing, and stage technologies (lighting, sound, automation) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage high-pressure live environments and tight production schedules Previous shipboard experience preferred but not essential STCW Basic Safety Training or willingness to obtain Benefits:
