Staffing Specialist
Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Starting at $17/hr

Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services, including planned and unplanned absences
Ensure all clients without an attendant (CWA), holds, and updates are managed per protocol, with timely submission of regulatory documentation
Provide weekly CWA reports and maintain client communication and documentation in Arrow
Submit client communication forms (2067) as required
Complete compliance items in Arrow and track new hire status
Update attendant availability and ensure compliance with orientation procedures
Maintain accurate caregiver schedules and connect weekly with CWA clients to keep them informed
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience or personal understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled populations
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
Access to reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance as required by state law
