MAU is hiring a Staffing Specialist in Lexington, SC. As a Staffing Specialist, you will recruit, screen, and place personnel according to client work order specifications while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, human resources, or a related field; OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience 1–3 years of experience in a professional business setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education and Experience

HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience in staffing, manufacturing, HR, or as a production supervisor

Essential Functions

Manage applicant flow through sourcing, screening, and ATS processing Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing for job ad placement Screen, hire, counsel, evaluate, and terminate MAU Associates Conduct and update orientation sessions per client requirements Set and manage pay and billing rates Administer client-required assessments Analyze and fulfill customer work orders Process wage increases based on merit, tenure, or incentive programs Maintain client satisfaction through regular site visits Investigate and report workplace injuries; manage workers' compensation cases Participate in unemployment and workers' comp hearings Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Office and manufacturing environments Use of standard office equipment Exposure to non-climate-controlled and GMP environments

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 5–15 lbs occasionally Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours Ability to climb stairs occasionally Ability to sit for extended periods

Travel

Up to 10% travel, minimal overnight required
