SCHEDULE

Sunday: 6am – 4:30pm

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm

 

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work! Check ins at clients on associates first day on assignment Working in various VMS systems Verifying and updating associate information as needed Onsite support for local client and staff

Qualifications:

Available to work overtime as needed Reliable transportation- will be doing client visits and grass roots recruiting Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time as required during client tours and check ins Excellent communication skills with clients and employees Outside of the box recruiting Conduct interviews Blasts to associates looking for job opportunities Able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment Able to handle difficult situations while remaining professional Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
