CACI has an immediate opportunity for a Part-Time Staffing Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community!

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking Government requirements on an Intelligence Community program with more than 840 full-time employees.

The Staffing Manager will work with recruiting and the Program Management Organization to identify well-qualified candidates to fill open positions on contract and process the applications of prime and sub-contractor candidates for openings.

A well-qualified applicant should have:Ability to multi-task management of candidate processes and company-to-company communicationsSubject matter knowledge of Intelligence Community and industry best practicesFamiliarity with the security clearance processWork closely with recruiters and communicate current and emerging requirements and anticipated vacancies.Develop Job RequisitionsCommunicate effectively with all CACI team members regarding resume submissions.Screen and coordinate reviews of resumes from all team members.Ensure personnel have the appropriate security clearances, degrees/certifications, experience, knowledge, and capabilities so that the contract can fully meet the requirements stated in the TTOs.Tailor and manage CACI’s Resource Tracking System (RTS)—ensuring easy access to information on all current employees —as well as pipeline candidates.Maintain the RTS applicant database and track approval process status for all candidates and staff. Compile resumes into the approved template for review by the PM or DPM-BA.Ensure Government-formatted resumes meet all labor category qualifications. Maintain subject matter knowledge of IC and industry best practices.Recommend candidates for advancement or disposition in accordance with program requirements. Coordinate training as needed

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
