Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for both internal team members and external contractors. This role involves ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating key tasks, managing employee documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Facilitate onboarding by documenting and streamlining processes for internal staff and external personnel.
+ Manage the setup of employee profiles in HR systems and maintain accurate records.
+ Coordinate with HR teams to track pre-employment requirements such as background checks and ensure readiness for start dates.
+ Collaborate with operations teams to identify system and tool access needs for new hire groups.
+ Submit and track internal requests for equipment and ensure necessary technology access for all hires.
+ Oversee progress and maintain status updates for onboarding tasks, including equipment and system access.
+ Distribute essential onboarding materials and communicate initial tasks to new hires, such as setting up accounts or accessing tools.
+ Safeguard sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the onboarding process.
+ Ensure employees complete required onboarding training and meet compliance standards.
+ Handle time tracking and attendance monitoring for employees during early training phases.
+ Escalate technical or HR-related onboarding issues to appropriate teams where necessary.
+ Facilitate the offboarding process for outgoing staff, including documentation and system access cleanup.
+ Perform other related duties as needed to support the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
+ Solid knowledge of basic office tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
+ Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) is an added advantage.
+ Close attention to detail with strong communication abilities.
+ Some prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or related roles.
+ Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
+ Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
