The Role
The role of the Staffing Coordinator is to support the optimisation of project resource requirements across the Consulting Business Unit within their region to support successful delivery of projects. This role is part of the Consulting staffing function and will report to the Global Staffing Director.
The Staffing Coordinator will utilize the tools and processes developed for the Staffing Function to support the Consulting business in reducing some of the administration burden with internal resourcing and to develop a robust forecast of team utilization. This support will help leaders to focus their time maximising utilization and winning work for their team, as well as providing new opportunities for technical resources within the region to work on projects globally to better fulfil their career aspirations.
The Staffing Function is fundamental to the Consulting Operating Model and impacts effective utilization (and hence profitability), employee engagement and retention, and effectiveness of leaders.
The Consulting Staffing function is fundamental to the successful delivery of the Consulting operating model and impacts not only on the direct project staffing requirements (and hence project delivery success) but also impacts effective utilization (and hence profitability), employee engagement and retention, and effectiveness of leaders (reducing the staffing challenge for them) machinery providing engineering solutions and services improving the integrity and performance.
