As Vehicle Integration Technical Program Manager, you will use your technical expertise to holistically drive complex problems to completion. You will work with the vehicle program, system engineering, and software teams to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, and clearly communicate ongoing progress associated with vehicle bring-up and integrating vehicle features.
Ford is seeking an experienced Software Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Vehicle Integration. The TPM will be responsible for driving the team to meet their committed deliverables as well as working with the engineers, technical leads, and managers across the broader organization to assess risk, communicate status, and drive closure to key issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electric vehicle features, managing systems integration, excellent project management skills, and experience working with highly cross-functional teams. Product launch experience with a vehicle OEM in systems, software, or testing is required.
