Job DescriptionThis position is for Staff Software Engineer in ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management which is part of IT Asset Management suite of apps which covers management of software, hardware, cloud, and enterprise assets. Enterprise Asset Management product provides a complete end to end solution for enterprises for managing lifecycle of their assets from onboarding, operations and end of life covering various functionalities like purchasing, inventory, maintenance, work management, shipping, contract, warranty coverages etc.
As a member of a highly energetic R&D scrum team, you would be working closely with product management, peers, cross teams, as well as customers and partners to convert the requirements and function asks into robust technical designs and high-quality product features. The role demands a highly active hands-on design and coding skills required for delivering product designs, enhancements, proof of concepts and maintenance releases for Asset management solutions.

PE25
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
