Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms. + 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. We support and partner with the commerce ecosystem, from large retailers to small local merchants, to give them the tools, technology and scale to thrive in today’s digital world. + Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback. + Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of ads quality and distribution systems. + Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ads quality aspects and drive innovation along with leadership. + Collaborate with Product Manager, Machine Learning and Partner Engineering teams throughout the product cycle: from defining product roadmap and gathering insights, to design and execution, and through launch and customer escalations. + Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and the performance of Vouchers distribution system and Growth status.
