Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in software development. + 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning). Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. + Experience in designing and working with enterprise mainframe applications and technology which includes: mainframe and iSeries architecture, COBOL, JCL, Cics, RPG, DB2, IMS and other MF technologies. + Experience designing and architecting modern enterprise production systems for customers. + Experience implementing enterprise solutions with AI. + Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems that no one has solved before. + Excellent people management skills, and ability to present and explain complex ideas/solutions to different audiences. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, and work closely with the various stakeholders such as customers, partners, sales, delivery, and product.
