You will report to the VP of Global Professional Services, who is dedicated to empowering team members and providing strategic direction while fostering a supportive environment. The work setup is primarily remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance, with minimal in-office attendance required. For this role, applicants should anticipate travel requirements of up to 50%, enabling them to engage with customers and partners directly. This travel ensures alignment with stakeholders and contributes to successful project outcomes, enhancing the overall impact of the Professional Services team.


Your Role

Own and manage the full Professional Services sales cycle, driving engagement with enterprise clients.Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute account strategies aimed at expanding Professional Services revenue.Forecast and track service bookings, ensuring alignment with corporate growth goals.Develop and present tailored proposals that directly address clients' business needs and objectives.Consult with client leadership to construct impactful business cases for digital transformation initiatives.Facilitate insightful pre-sales workshops focused on strategy, vision, and assessment with key stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and Statements of Work (SOW), shaping Professional Services deals to ensure mutual benefit.Engage with cross-functional teams to promote product enhancements based on client feedback and insights.

What You Will Bring

15+ years of professional services sales experience in SaaS products or technology platform for strategic enterprise customers.Expertise in pre-sales and sales of large service engagements / enterprise companies with proven results.Strong understanding of digital transformation and disruptive technologies.Ability to develop custom solutions by understanding complex business needs.Proficiency in contract negotiation and Statement of Work (SOW) development.Experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive growth and alignment.Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 195,600 and USD $ 391,200 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
