Drive discovery through hands-on research—perform advanced molecular biology techniques, immunohistochemistry, and cancer cell culture, including 3D tumor modeling. Support high-impact studies—conduct high-throughput drug screening and molecular assays such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and protein analysis. Leverage innovative technologies—analyze complex datasets from genomic sequencing, multiplex ELISA, and high-dimensional imaging using the CODEX platform (Akoya Biosciences). Mentor future scientists—train and supervise undergraduate assistants in lab techniques and data interpretation. Ensure seamless operations—manage lab inventory, maintain sample records, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (EH&S, IRB, Animal Research Committees).
