Job overview and responsibilities

Serves as a resource to provide support, information, analysis and coordination while maintaining compliance of corporate policies, and the collective bargaining agreementThis position uses subject matter knowledge to ensure quality and accuracy of all pilot processesThis position will also requires a high level of customer service, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills in a fast-paced environmentWorks with a team to coordinate and process other job functions associated with the Flight Ops administrationProvides a first point of contact with pilots in administering and communicating policies and procedures and facilitation to resolve issuesProvides as escalation path for pilot inquiries not resolved by the third party service providerResearches contractual interpretation to support  pilots and pilot base administrative staffMust be knowledgeable in pilot qualifications and will be responsible for all FAA mandated pilot qualification records entriesWill be the subject matter knowledge expert (SME) on a number of processesWill be responsible to administer pilot leaves of absencesStay abreast of current contractual entitlements regarding expenses, iPad replacement, paid move entitlements, jury duty, etc. to ensure correct processingFoster partnerships between 3rd party administrative service providers and the pilot bases Perform related administrative duties such as preparation of reports, special projects and other duties as requiredWill assist in the coordination and processing of trip drops for pilots, expense reimbursements, qualification monitoring, temporary assignments and other related functionsProcess documents with the aim of improving efficiency, productivity, and delivery of hassle-free service to pilots system wideManage knowledge articles for process work flows and training within help hubResolves non-flight issues and provides and interfaces with Flight Operations Bases , CSC and ALPAAttends bi-monthly and monthly meetings to include labor, legal, HR, ALPAThis position will be responsible in providing guidance to employees and management about company policies and collective barganing agreementsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent in Business, Management, Operations and/or /Finance2-4 years of administrative supportProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Ability to adapt to constantly changing work environmentHighly organized, and the ability to multi-task competing prioritiesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience1+ years of employee leaves administration3+ years Flight Operations experienceKnowledge of Flight Ops programs such as CMS, Pilot Records, Concur, Help Hub, SharePoint,  TIBCO Spotfire, , etc.Familiarity with employee leave regulations and related company policies/collective bargaining agreement requirementsAbility to use case management software such as Service Now (Help Hub)Working knowledge of ALPA contract and/or other collective bargaining agreements

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $84,514.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
