Who You Are:Act as the primary point of contact for production regarding customer / field quality issues related to both mechanical and electronic component parts. Liaise between customer operations and R&D for quality improvements and corrective actions.
For This Role, You Will Need:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Quality Management and Manufacturing Operations (from incoming, SMT, Wave to Back End Assembly).Experience with Problem Solving skills, Analytical Knowledge and Root Cause Analysis is preferred.Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Prior experience in handling manufacturing issues is an added advantage.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate between various departments and external suppliers.
