RUCKUS Networks is hiring for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong testing experience in networking environments, excellent communication skills, and a solid foundation in scripting and automation—especially using Python.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World
• Develop and document detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform thorough software and system testing on Wi-Fi, Switch and Controller products.
• Collaborate closely with developers, customer support teams, and field engineers to identify and resolve issues.
• Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios to ensure product quality and performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Wireless, Wired, L2/L3/L4 protocols, and WiFi/Switch features.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA engineering, network/system testing, or software validation.
• Hands-on experience in either Scale and Performance, WiFi Feature, L2/L3 Switch testing, WiFi Management and Switch Management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: Wireless authentication and L2/L3/L4 protocals.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting—Python preferred.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, test management tools and testing servers.
