Must-Have Skills 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role managing complex, high-impact technical projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development or technology projects from conception to launch. Expert-level knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Confluence). Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. About Us
