Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Project Management Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite at the Melbourne, Florida.

The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Operations Homeroom. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams.

Job Responsibilities

Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectivesDelivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholdersEstablishment and management of the program and subordinate baselinesDevelopment and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools to include MPM, SAP, and MS office suiteIdentifying, allocating and managing program resources, including workforce planningManaging Government/customer supplied property or informationAdherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standardsEnsuring program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through control board activitiesDevelopment and adherence to master plans and schedulesConducting thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realizationCultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities within the customer communityAssists in Comprehensive Estimates and Complete (CEAC) Reviews across all IPTs with Business Management, Cost, ScheduleCoach Control Account Managers (CAMs) with setting up and modifying QBDs to ensure accurate/forecasted performance is being takenLead program coordinator with CAMs, Business Management, Cost, Schedule to execute annual internal Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), Program Integrated Baseline Review (IBRs) and DCMA Surveillance Audits (ANSI/EIA-748 Intent Guide - Guidelines 1-32)Review and analyze Supplier/NG IPMDAR for a seamless integration with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Cobra

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 12 years of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 10 years of related experience as defined belowPrior management / leadership experience in business management related functionsKnowledge & experience in training on measuring program performance using EVMS processes and reporting EVMS metrics Working knowledge of MPM, SAP, and MS office suiteWorking knowledge of Northrop Grumman Risk and Opportunity Management processExperience managing projects and/or programs to deliver results to support overall program business management objectivesExperience executing annual internal Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), Program Integrated Baseline Review (IBRs) and DCMA Surveillance Audits (ANSI/EIA-748 Intent Guide - Guidelines 1-32)Working knowledge of Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC) ReviewsActive, in-scope DoD Top Secret clearance last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluationAbility to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) within reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,100.00 - $183,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
