Staff Program Manager - SMB GTM & Partner Management

Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we are the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a new disruptive force in the market** **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are seeking a Staff Program Manager, SMB & Partner Strategy will play a critical role in supporting and executing go-to-market strategies across SMB and partner-led sales channels. This individual will lead strategic workstreams such as sales motion design, partner enablement, and program optimization, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, CXO, finance, operations, and product teams. Responsibilities include building scalable infrastructure for partner onboarding and incentives, managing key vendor relationships, analyzing performance data to inform strategy, and representing Boost Mobile at industry events. This role will also serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, offering insights on market trends and identifying new revenue opportunities within the SMB space. **Key Responsibilities** : + Support the development and execution of GTM strategies across SMB and partner-led sales channels + Own key strategic workstreams, including sales motion design, partner enablement, CXO design, and program optimization + Partner with marketing, operations, CXO, finance, technology, and product to align GTM initiatives with broader business goals and drive operational excellence + Lead the creation of scalable program infrastructure including onboarding, training, and incentive frameworks for SMB and channel partners + Analyze channel and campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and partner effectiveness + Develop executive-level reporting and present updates on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to leadership + Manage vendor and partner relationships + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners + Drive business opportunities through partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and providing tailored solutions for our partners + Support recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new partners or channel reps as programs expand + Plan and execute internal and external vendor events to foster engagement and brand loyalty (e.g., Boost Mobile Tech Summit) + Represent Boost Mobile at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events + Act as a thought partner to the Head of and SVP on market trends, competitive positioning, and new growth opportunities within the SMB space **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree and experience in the wireless industry; a master’s degree is a plus + Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in vendor engagement + 6+ years of in a management position, with at least 5 years in a management role in the telecommunications or technology sector **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proven experience in managing national teams and working cross-functionally with various business units (IT, enterprise, deployment, marketing, sales, customer service etc.) + Track record of achieving goals, building internal and external relationships with all levels of management, and fostering long-term client relationships Visa sponsorship not available for this role. **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
