Summary of Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join the RF Product Management team. In this role, you will join the team responsible for owning and driving the RF technology portfolio - strengthening its roadmap, capturing product requirements, engaging with key customers and positioning our products as industry leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, marketing strategies, develop and deliver the portfolio roadmap, and propel growth through successful customer engagements.

The product portfolio within the RF Product Line includes RFSOI, SiGe and RF GaN technologies catering to a wide range of customers and applications in smart phone RF front-ends, Satellite Communications, Wireless Infrastructure, and Aerospace and Defense among others. Evolving communications standards, market requirements and customer needs, require deep domain and thought leadership to help GF develop winning platforms for these markets.

Essential responsibilities:

Work closely with the customer base, GF’s account teams and end market teams across consumer, satellite communications, datacenter and communications infrastructure, aerospace and defense markets to understand their RF power needs, translate these into a roadmap and product requirements document.Drive the required business processes for initiating new product development programs including market analysis, competitive analysis, investment thesis, business case analysis, and risk management. Collaborate with the technology development team to ensure market and product requirements are converted faithfully into technology specifications.Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate these into benefits for target applications. Drive DWINs at top target customers.Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars and industry events clearly articulating GF’s value proposition. Create technical content such as white papers, case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts. Train GF’s sales and field application engineering teams on new technologies to ensure accurate and up to date representation of RF technologies in the market.

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field 6+ Years of relevant experience with prior experience in RF technologies Knowledge of communications system architecture and RF front-end architecture for wireless infrastructure, cellular, and satellite communicationsProject management skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and successful work with cross-functional and globally diverse teams Effective communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats with the ability to engage internal and external senior level experts and stakeholdersTravel Requirements: up to 10% of travel

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep domain expertise in RF front-end architectures Previous experience in cellular or Satellite Communications RF systemsExperience designing RF circuits and systems

Expected Salary Range

$100,500.00 - $171,800.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
