**As a Staff Product Designer on the Industry Verticalization team, you will lead the strategic vision, and execution of key features for large Project-based businesses to help them finish their project on time and under budget.** We are looking for a strategic designer with end-to-end product design skills, excelling at design craft and familiarity with designing with AI. **7+ years of experience in interaction design, product design or related field, preferably at a SaaS company required.**

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $179,500 - $243,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. **What you'll bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field; Masters preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
+ **7+ years of experience in interaction design, product design or related field, preferably at a SaaS company.**
+ Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Deep knowledge of user experience methods, design principles and frameworks.
+ Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.
+ Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring stakeholders to get behind the vision.
+ Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams through facilitative leadership.
+ Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
**How you will lead**
+ Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative solutions that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms.
+ Turn visions into concepts, and translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system.
+ Have a strong design rationale backed by industry best practices, customer data, and behavioral insights.
+ Use quantitative and qualitative data to explore new ideas and quickly test them to make data-driven decisions.
+ Balance long term vision with continuously shipping, iterating, and evolving the design system.
+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists to deliver customer-backed experiences.
+ Facilitate workshops across cross-functional partners to drive and influence the roadmap of Business Intelligence.
+ Coaching and mentoring junior and senior designers on the team in craft and development of key hard and soft skills.
