Description HIRING Staff Performance Coordinator For a seasonal premier client in the east side of Louisville Monday-Friday / 6am-4:30pm $24 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Support day to day associate interaction on site  Support day to day client interaction  Front line support to client and associates  Supervision of onsite associates  Verify hours in time clock are accurate, ensure all time clock issues are resolved and or escalated as needed Support on-site associates as needed with questions or concerns pertaining to job or duties Utilize Microsoft Office applications

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 months of previous supervisory experience Able to work 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications  Able to stand up, walk, bend for entire shift Organized and able to follow complex work instructions (both written or voice instructions) Excellent communication skills
