This role will lead and support new manufacturing engineering projects within Joints Reconstruction in a professional and efficient manner. This individual is responsible for completing their duties & responsibilities with minimal guidance and direction on engineering initiatives. This role will lead and contribute to NPD project core teams and develop positive relationships with internal and external strategic partners to deliver strong performance outcomes.
