Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Staff Logistics Engineer to join our Linthicum, MD based Logistics and Product Support organization. This position involves Project leadership, including Schedule and Budget responsibilities; while also providing technical guidance and leadership to a diverse team of engineers delivering a full range of Logistics work products for Airborne, Seaborne or Ground-based radar/sensor/communication systems.

The new team member will provide Product Support Analysis to an Operational Unit within the Mission Systems Sector. The focus will be on repairs, spares, obsolescence management, and building proposals for the programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a full range of Logistics work products for a Airborne Radar Systems.Plan and execute a program using LogisticalLead a team of engineers performing Product Support Analysis and Maintenance Engineering Analysis tasks, Technical Data and Customer Training tasks, International Shipping tasks, and Warranty repair tasks. Communicate and resolve complex issues. Communicate, problem solve, develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to handle a fast-paced environment that requires continuous learning in technical skills.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or 10 years with a Master’s Degree in Science or 8 Years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.5+ Demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and developing complex technical projects across functional teams, with technical, cost and budget responsibilities.5+ Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more elements of Product Support; such as Product Support Analysis or Logistics Support Analysis (PSA or LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD) development, Technical Training for operation and maintenance of radar and/or communications equipment, or similar.Must have a minimum of an active/current Secret clearance. Secret clearance is required to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success with building proposals and Project management.Demonstrated working knowledge of Department of Defense Product Support disciplines sufficient to plan projects and ensure compliant delivery of Maintenance Engineering Analysis, Technical Documentation, Technical Training, International Shipping operations and Warranty/Repair operations.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, individual contributors and customersSalary Range: $122,600.00 - $184,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
