This role is for a creative and driven engineer, passionate about building innovative solutions at the intersection of data, AI, and security. You will have the opportunity to design and build autonomous, AI-driven solutions that proactively address complex challenges, contributing to our mission of protecting the digital world. We are seeking a forward-thinker, a problem-solver who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Your Impact** + Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale security data. + Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance our threat intelligence capabilities and automate security operations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for leveraging data and AI to solve complex problems. + Design and build autonomous AI agentic solutions, with hands-on experience in LLM architecture, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). + Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing the direction of our data strategy. + Think outside the box to create innovative solutions, demonstrating a high degree of creativity and curiosity. **Your Experience** + Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or software development, with a strong emphasis on building data-centric applications. + Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. + Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure). + Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. + Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, driving large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders. + A strong academic background from a leading institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + **Must be local to SF Bay area to be onsite** **The Team** Working at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is between $124000 - $201500 expected. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
