Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Staff Intelligence Analyst to support a program out of our Aurora, CO location.

We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AIM/SP tuning with extensive knowledge of multiple geolocation techniques, and proficiency in system processing and troubleshooting. This role requires excellent soft skills for effective customer interaction and experience in CBET. The candidate will also provide specialized activity support for optimization and calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform AIM/SP tuning with precision and expertise.Utilize multiple geolocation techniques to support various operations.Conduct system processing, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs and providing exceptional support.Apply CBET experience in practical situations to enhance operational efficiency.Support TIP optimization and calibration efforts to ensure system accuracy and reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 8 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience with AIM/SP tuningProficiency in multiple geolocation techniquesStrong skills in system processing and troubleshootingProven soft skills for effective customer interactionProven experience with CBETDemonstrated experience in providing TIP support for optimization and calibrationSecurity Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly required at time of application

Salary Range: $155,500.00 - $233,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
