General Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced finance team in QCT’s Internet of Things (IoT) Business Unit.  This position will focus on overseeing the pricing and analysis of the BU’s product portfolio. This includes building and supporting financial models, analyzing and reporting on key drivers of financial performance, and providing pricing support across the BU. 

This is a great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other finance and business organizations across the company. This role provides the opportunity to interact extensively with management teams across finance, business development, engineering, product management, and program management.

Responsibilities:

Perform variance analysis on incentive / rebate (actual vs budget, claim vs accrual, etc.)Tracking incentive deals system update and approval process to make sure all deals are updated in the system by deadline and in compliance with SOX controlProvide financial and business analysis on deal negotiations to Product Management and Business Development teamBuild, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports in either Tableau or other formatsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the finance organization to craft consistent reporting and messagingAd hoc data requests and pricing analysis supportAd hoc analysis to provide decision support for key business initiatives and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience with Tableau reporting, Oracle, Cognos TM1 or similar ERP system7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or related fieldHighly analytical and be comfortable interacting across various business and finance teamsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlinesSelf-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilityStrong ability to collaborate across departments

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$106,400.00 - $159,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
