As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Structured problem solving expert / master trainer for eMobility in the Americas region. + Train, coach, and facilitate teams to increase the structured problem-solving capability, including customer and supplier involvement when necessary. + Resource for teams concerning multiple problem-solving techniques including RedX, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma. + Incorporate statistical data analysis techniques to improve problem-solving efficiency. + Implement quality procedures, tools and methods in business processes and operations, for an organization or a function assigned. + Elaborate and update guidelines, methods and processes, and provide instructions to organizations for proper application. + Analyze, file and report on all quality-related information. + Maintain documentation needed for certification and carry out external Quality Management (QM) reporting for official authorities. + Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in QM-related topics and provide respective trainings. **Your Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience. + Able to lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues. + Familiar with multiple problem-solving techniques such as Shainin, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma. + Able to apply statistical data analysis techniques to improve successful outcomes. + Manufacuring process and product design experience.
