Essential Responsibilities:
Execute with limited guidance the analysis / evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirementsRecommend approach to meet the technical and program requirementsFormulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitmentsDevelop action plans to anticipate and respond to problemsProvide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the organizationAssure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and proceduresMonitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developmentsLead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasksParticipate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviewsQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceAt least 5 additional years of experience in an aerospace or mechanical engineering positionDesired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to influence others Demonstrated Operational rigorExperience managing a detailed program schedule Demonstrated process orientation in approach to workExperience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impactThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
