岗位职责：

1. 负责智慧服务领域的数据分析工作，包括分析现有AI项目功能和战略计划的实时指标，快速识别关键指标（KPI）中的异常或偏差，以及进行A/B测试评估与分群分析，预测并对比未来产品功能或策略的潜在表现；

2. 深入对接业务团队，通过分析支持并解决业务团的的专题研究需求，输出简洁、可落地的分析结论，通过探索性分析挖掘潜在业务增长机会，制定具有前瞻性的数据驱动发展路径；

3. 与产品经理和工程团队紧密合作，定义产品优化策略，并设计预测性或指导性模型，主导模型的端到端部署，构建可复现的数据处理流程，跟踪验证效果并持续监控，利用最新的AI技术或工具，构建分析能力，提升业务运营效率；

4. 跨部门协作，推动数据集成与数据治理工作，与数据工程及IT团队协作，确保数据采集的流畅性、质量控制及治理标准的执行，能够编写并优化面向生成式AI模型的提示词（Prompts），提升模型的响应质量与业务适配度。

 

岗位要求：

1. 统计学、数据科学、数学、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 熟悉经典统计分析方法和机器学习基本算法，熟练使用SQL/Python等工具；

3. 良好的业务洞察力，数据敏感度，有好奇心和求知欲，具备探索钻研精神；

4. 良好的团队合作精神、工作规划能力和主动意识；

5. 良好的沟通能力，具备英文沟通能力者优先。
