**Country:** Thailand **Location:** 144/9 Moo 5, Bangkadi Industrial Park, Tivanon Road, Bangkadi, Muang, Pathumthani 12000 **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for embedded systems including firmware, drivers, and middleware. + Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and system testing. + Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, and systems teams to ensure effective test coverage and early bug detection. + Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bamboo, or CircleCI. + Perform root cause analysis and debug complex issues across hardware-software boundaries. + Ensure traceability from product requirements to test plans and test results. + Guide and mentor junior QA engineers; review test plans and results to uphold high quality standards. + Support compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, or IEC 61508, where applicable. + Manage test documentation, defect tracking, and test metrics reporting. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in embedded software QA, including experience in a leadership or staff-level role. + Strong understanding of embedded system architectures and low-level software development. + Hands-on experience in test automation using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). + Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Polarion, TestRail). + Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bamboo, and CircleCI. + Familiarity with safety-critical or high-reliability systems and standards. + Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + ISTQB, CSQE, or similar QA certifications. + Experience in HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing environments. + Knowledge of software quality and static analysis tools (e.g., PC-Lint, Coverity, SonarQube). **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
