You will lead the development and implementation of advanced measurement techniques, establish and maintain industry-leading standards, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our factory metrology data. You will work on projects that involve characterizing optical components (e.g., waveguides, light engines), validating display performance at the component and system level, and developing and implementing new metrology platforms. You will be a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and leadership to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
