Brendan House Skilled Nursing is seeking a full-time Staff Development Educator to join our compassionate team in Kalispell, Montana!

Qualifications:
+ Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana – Required
+ BSN – Preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience – Preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years teaching and/or leadership experience – Preferred
+ Certification in related specialty or Nursing Professional Development – Preferred
+ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software systems
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Design, implement, and oversee clinical orientation and development programs
+ Conduct formal needs assessments and gap analyses to identify educational priorities
+ Develop and deliver training using effective methodologies and evidence-based practices
+ Evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness
+ Serve as a consultant and catalyst for change across the organization
+ Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
+ Support & Coordinate a variety of specialized programs including:
+ CNA Education Program
+ Continuing Education Program
+ Nurse Residency Program
+ Professional Development Program
+ Training and Organization Development Program
+ Training Center Program

Shift:
Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: M-F, Variable Day Shift hours as some staff trainings might occur later in the evening to accomodate different shifts.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
