**Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail In-Store Experience Manager to join our activate expert team. This role is responsible for enhancing the in store experience for our customers, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring an engaging and positive in-store environment.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area: $143,000 - $193,500
Southern California: $131,000 - $177,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. **What you'll bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in retail management, customer service, or a similar role.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
**How you will lead**
+ Implement and execute strategies to enhance the in-store experience and increase customer satisfaction.
+ Train and motivate store staff in exceptional customer service standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
+ Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
+ Collaborate with the visual merchandising agencies to ensure that the store layout and displays are visually appealing and conducive to a positive in store experiences.
+ Develop and oversee in-store promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
+ Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to continuously improve the in-store experience.
+ Work closely with the marketing team to align in-store branding and promotions with overall company objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
