Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Staff Coordinator and play an essential role in supporting recruitment operations. You’ll manage key administrative and operational processes that ensure the smooth coordination of talent acquisition activities across the business. In this fast-paced and evolving role, you’ll collaborate with various teams, solve challenges, and make a meaningful impact on the efficiency of the hiring process.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Efficiently manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zooms and departments acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for internal and external customers.
+ Utilize the Workday tool to manage candidate and requisition data including recruiter assignment, new hire reports and internal candidate data.
+ Oversees the Day 1 confirmation process to ensure new hires are accurately reflected in internal systems. This includes timely follow-up with hiring managers to verify arrivals, helping maintain data integrity and supporting downstream onboarding activities.
+ Supports the employee referral program by monitoring referral submissions. Reviews eligibility criteria, tracks candidate progress, and ensures referral data is accurately maintained throughout the process. Collaborates with recruiters and internal teams to resolve issues, communicates with referring employees as needed, and initiates payment requests in alignment with program policy and timelines.
+ Partners on the administration of internal audits and meant to create efficiencies, improve process, and overall experience.
+ Maintains strong partnerships across teams and leadership levels through responsive, clear communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
+ Oversees centralized email accounts, applying proactive problem-solving to address employee questions and ensure timely, accurate responses.
+ Manages the candidate travel reimbursement process, ensuring expenses are accurately reviewed and processed according to company policies. They resolve any discrepancies with candidates and ensure reimbursements are completed in a timely manner, maintaining a smooth and efficient process throughout.
+ Partners with the broader Talent Acquisition team to drive process efficiencies, mitigate risk, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
+ Takes on additional responsibilities and provides support across various aspects of TA Operations as needed, adapting to evolving team needs and contributing to the overall success of the department.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
+ Prior experience using SAP in the UI5 environment
+ 2+ years of experience using HireVue Coordinate to manage interviews across time zones and multiple manager calendars.
+ 2+ years utilizing Workday Recruiting to manage candidate data and reporting tasks within Talent Acquisition
+ Experience with ERIN: Employee Referral Software Platform to support global referral tracking and administration.
+ Experience working with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate (PowerFlow) to support automated communications and workflow integration.
+ 2+ years using a visitor management system with MK Denial integration to screen individuals against sanctioned and restricted party lists.

**Remote:** Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
