The Philippines Delivery Center is part of the Oracle Energy & Water Global Consulting group. ResponsibilitiesConvert Technical Design specifications into high quality working code within agreed budgets and time frames.Prepare unit test documentation of scenarios/test cases. Perform unit testing of programs according to defined process and detail actual results.Ensure the quality of one’s own work through alignment to project standards and methodologies. Perform quality assurance reviews of code written by peers or junior developers.Provide support during system testing, user acceptance testing, debut and maintenance support phases.Assist in the clarification and resolution of issues as they arise during the design and development process.Assist in the project team’s release activities and in the review and sign-off of release work.College/University DegreeAt least 1 year of experience relevant to this position. Practice focus in IT consulting, systems development, offshore services is preferred.Applied experience in Java, Groovy, or object-oriented technical design and developmentExperience in Oracle Energy & Water products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or similar applications is an advantage (e.g. Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Meter Data Management (MDM))Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to build rapport with team members and clientsWilling to work in our Makati Office on a Hybrid Set-Up (reporting 3x in a week)Which includes being a United States Affirmative Action EmployerJob Requirements:
