Have 2- 5 years of experience in Production Support Experienced working in rotating shifts or willing to work in shifts Hands on experience in basic Unix commands Hands on experience in simple SQL Experience in incident management using any tool Good written and verbal communication Experience in Job scheduling and monitoring Any scheduler (TWS, Control-M & Autosys etc.) administration experience is a plus
