At MIM Software, our Clinical Engineers work with top research institutions to continuously improve patient care. As a Staff Clinical Engineer, you will plan, manage, and execute complex multi-phase projects that involve multiple team members inside and outside of Clinical Science. This position serves as a clinical and/or technical resource on the team for multiple knowledge areas.

**Job Description**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead highly complex projects with the ability to define goals and requirements for projects while effectively estimating timelines and communicating status
+ Collaborate on strategic planning that affects the success of the team and market's objectives
+ Lead the Clinical Science efforts in the strategy and development of products or clinical/technical areas
+ Act as a resource to others on the team for complex problem solving in and outside current projects, with a strong working knowledge of processes
+ Draft technical documents such as, but not limited to, abstracts, manuscripts, white papers, grant submissions, and SVVP/510(k) documents independently
+ Identify potential abstracts or publication topics that would be impactful internally and externally for the market
+ Act as a technical and clinical expert for multiple products in one market area with the ability to identify and interpret related research and literature
+ Self-supervising within the expectations of team management
+ Exercises substantial initiative/judgment in work methods and interpreting goals
+ Lead customer communication of high complexity and generates insights
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4 year accredited university, Advanced degree highly preferred
+ 10+ years of relevant industry experience; strong clinical knowledge required; medical device development experience preferred
+ Ability to communicate and collaborate with clinical professionals as well as a variety of teams at MIM
+ Willing to travel periodically to attend medical conferences, customer sites, and industry events
+ Prior programming experience is preferred but not required
