The Staff Civil Site Engineer will work on project teams to create world classsitedesigns for new projects, alterations,and redevelopments on a variety of projects includingpipelines,airports, institutional, industrial, manufacturing,municipal,commercial,andgovernmentfacilities. The Staff Civil Engineer will work with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adaptingsitecivil plans according to budget constraints, design factors, locality requirements,and/or client needs.Perform/assist incivil designand calculationsforprojects from the conceptual phase through design completion.Modify and reviewdrawings for a variety of projects.Design civil components for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers,while incorporatingclient, local, state, and federal regulationsincluding, but not limited to:Site DemolitionErosionand SedimentControlGradingDrainageStormwater Quality/QuantitySite LayoutSanitary Sewer Layout and DesignDomestic and Firewater Layout and DesignUtility ProfilesApplystrong knowledge of commonly usedsitecivil engineering/design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within thesitecivil engineering services industry.Research and compileproject-relateddata as required by the project managers. Compile studies and reports. Write specifications.Compileinformation for client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration.Perform field inspections,measurementsand/or calculations.Perform other duties as assigned.Mentor younger staff.Complywithallcompanypolicies and standards.
