\n\nThe Change Manager will focus on the people side of our transformation. Their primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption, foster employee engagement, and minimize resistance to change. The Change Manager will be a core member of the centralized Transformation Office, ensuring that transformation decisions and methods effectively consider our people. This person will work closely with leaders across the company to drive change management and develop change management capabilities in our functions.\n \nHow You'll Find Success\n\n\nCreates strong internal partnerships and trust across all levels of Qualtrics\nLearns the goals and processes of each business team, predicting change impact by identifying their interdependencies\nArticulates complex ideas in the right level of detail for various audiences\nRecognizes what each audience needs to hear, know, see, and feel for effective change execution\nLeads through influence on cross-functional teams\nAptitude for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues and risks that may arise during the program, employing creative solutions and critical thinking to overcome obstacles\n\n

Things You'll Do
\n\nEnable effective transformation execution by developing and orchestrating change management strategies for global high-priority programs\nConduct change impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Develop and implement sponsor roadmap and resistance management plan\nFoster company-wide employee engagement throughout the transformation by creating an effective communication plan and assets\nDevelop Qualtrics’ change management capability by mentoring functional leaders in change management best practices\nEnable fast adoption of new internal process designs by creating effective training plans and materials\nWork with the central transformation team to creatively solve complex problems across the company. Actively counsel with the team to inform the right priorities and approach\n\n\n
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
\n\nExperience managing change in large organizations or high growth companies\nExceptional listening and communication at all levels, with cross-functional audiences\nLeading through influence on cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment\nDemonstrates effective collaboration, transparency, and trust building\nKnowledge of change management best practices\nExperience teaching, coaching, or mentoring others\n\n\n
