The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Staff Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level attorney to gain hands-on experience with a primary focus in contracting. This position will involve reviewing, negotiating, and drafting customer, vendor, and other agreements; coordinating sophisticated strategies with outside counsel; advising on current legal matters and developments with the law; providing general support to the company’s sales and operations departments. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time and will be based out of our facility in Houston, Texas.
