Position Description The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Staff Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level attorney to gain hands-on experience with a primary focus in contracting. This position will involve reviewing, negotiating, and drafting customer, vendor, and other agreements; coordinating sophisticated strategies with outside counsel; advising on current legal matters and developments with the law; providing general support to the company\u2019s sales and operations departments. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time and will be based out of our facility in Houston, Texas. Training Requirements Doctor of Jurisprudence from an accredited law school~^~Currently licensed to practice law in the United States, preferably in the State of Texas or Ohio~^~Exercise exceptional legal reasoning, analysis, and contract drafting abilities~^~Possess strong negotiating skills and reasoned judgment~^~Must be adaptive and able to work productively both independently and as a member of a team~^~Must be able to communicate effectively with executive and associate level employees both orally and in writing~^~Must be coachable and willing to learn Benefits Our associates receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
